Still working on backend changes...

I've been working on changing the way Indigo works for a few months now. I'm moving the site from being just a store to being a community site. So I've introduced the concept of bookshelves and changed the "customer" account to "member" account. All this involves a lot of underlying code changes that I'm folding in today. There are some code stuff that I'm still ironing out before I start agressively going after customers again. This cannot be confused with the fun part of running Indigo. With any luck I will be done soon.
