Indigo Personalization finished!

I just finished the personalization code for Indigo. Hallelujah! There was a couple of nasty bugs in the code that were just driving me crazy! But I finally got them and the personalization, i.e. the login and account code, is working fine now. Also I updated the header template so that you can manage your bookshelves from anywhere on the site. Woo Hoo!
