Fixed bug in creating new accounts

Creating a new basic account now works well. The next thing that I will be working on is changing the way the checkout procedure works. I need to tighten up checking the Credit Card Verification (CCV) code. It will be more cumbersome, but I've been burned once too many times, so this is something that has to be done. I'm also working instituting stricter rules for purchasing. I hate needing to be a hard ass, but I can't afford to be cheated anymore.
