In Debt We Trust: America Before the Bubble Bursts investigates why so many Americans are drowning in debt, and the impact this is having on the country's financial health. The film addresses the relationship between Congress and America's "debt-and-credit complex" and shows how wealth is being transferred from working people into the accounts of financial institutions and real estate interests.
